Ministry Performance and Development is the process that is used to help each Genesis missionary identify specific objectives and goals for their specific ministry site. These objective and goals will be agreed upon in collaboration with district and regional approval. Ministry Performance goals will be reviewed with the missionary team at 6 month intervals until the end of assignment.
